Retail Cashier

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Retail Cashier to join its newly‑opening resort retail team. You will be the first point of contact for guests at the checkout, delivering a seamless, concierge‑style experience that reflects the resort’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and process transactions accurately across cash, cards, mobile payments and room charges.
• Handle premium and perishable retail items with care, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of tills, displays, fridges and grab‑and‑go areas.
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates and pricing; report any discrepancies.
• Restock, rotate and reset merchandise throughout the shift.
• Manage cash float, balance the till and reconcile transactions, reporting any variances.
• Promote loyalty programmes, gift cards and curated selections using a soft, premium sales approach.
• Support inventory tasks, deliveries and labeling while adhering to food‑safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of retail or hospitality cash handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to premium service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
