Retail Enterprise Account Executive (Dubai)

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Retail Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with the region’s most influential retail customers. Based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted transformation partner, helping clients leverage Salesforce’s AI‑powered CRM and multi‑cloud solutions to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full account strategy for a portfolio of enterprise retail customers, including both existing relationships and new‑logo opportunities.
• Develop and execute multi‑cloud growth plans that align with customers’ digital transformation objectives.
• Engage senior executives to position Salesforce as a strategic partner and drive adoption of AI and CRM technologies.
• Collaborate with internal sales, solution, and services teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Track performance against revenue targets and report progress to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within the retail sector.
• Experience managing complex, high‑value relationships and leading full‑cycle sales processes.
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
