Retail Merchandiser (3-5 years experience)

About the role

The Retail Merchandiser will own the day‑to‑day commercial performance of an assigned product category in Dubai. You will use sales and inventory data to ensure the right products are available at the right time across stores and e‑commerce channels, driving sell‑through, margin and stock productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly sales, stock, margin and availability to spot risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate assortment, pricing and product information in merchandising and ERP systems.
• Coordinate replenishment, allocation and stock transfers with planning, supply‑chain and store teams.
• Support seasonal range reviews, product launches and promotions with analysis and recommendations.
• Identify slow‑moving or excess inventory and propose markdowns, transfers or promotions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of merchandising, category or trading experience in a retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with strong numerical ability.
• Proven ability to manage a product portfolio, track performance and drive actions that improve availability and margin.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Experience with merchandising, ERP, inventory or e‑commerce systems.
