Retail Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Recruiter who will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for store‑based positions across our network. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing store staff, supervisors and managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for retail roles including store associates, supervisors and managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
• Maintain robust candidate pipelines to support high‑volume hiring demands.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce regular hiring updates and ensure compliance with Emiratisation requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and the various job roles within a store.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
• Familiarity with Emiratisation recruitment practices.
