Retail Sales Associate – Dubai

About the role
The Retail Sales Associate will represent the KOTON brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. You will also support daily store operations and mentor junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, and convert browsers into buyers.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to entry‑level sales associates, monitoring performance and offering feedback.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock is displayed attractively, and manage inventory records.
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, manage cash till, and perform petty‑cash duties using SIOCS, Zebra and related systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
Required skills
- POS systems (SIOCS, Zebra).
- Cash handling and petty‑cash management.
- Inventory management and stock reporting.
