Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join the showroom team of RAK Ceramics in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will deliver a personalised, solution‑based experience to visitors, helping them choose the right tiles, sanitaryware and related products for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and assist customers in visualising how items can transform their living spaces.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up activities using the company CRM system.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve the overall showroom experience.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while adhering to store policies, cash handling and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper product presentation and support visual‑merchandising activities.
• Adapt work schedule flexibly to meet business needs.
