Retail Sales Executive

About the role

Join Minimalist, a local luxury brand, as a Retail Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi. You will interact directly with customers across our UAE stores, building relationships and guiding them to the perfect products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information and building rapport.
• Approach and assist customers, understand their needs, recommend tailored products, and close sales.
• Address queries, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote sales through explanations of promotions, special offers, and discounts.
• Maintain sales records, coordinate with departments, and optimize performance.
• Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience in the UAE luxury, watches, or jewelry sector.
• Relevant academic degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology) – preferred.
• Relevant sales management certification – preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
