Retail Store Manager

About the role

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement the store operational plan to exceed sales objectives.
• Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade them to the team and ensure they are achieved.
• Lead and manage daily store activities to deliver high standards of customer service and maximize profitability.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with Apple guidelines, reviewing audit and mystery‑shopper reports for improvements.
• Ensure proper inventory storage, tracking, control and merchandising, reporting any issues.
• Optimize floor coverage, prepare staff schedules and manage vacation planning.
• Implement cash management policies, reconcile registers and oversee cash handling procedures.
• Address customer complaints and operational problems in coordination with back‑office support.
• Conduct periodic market studies and share best practices with other store managers.
• Prepare and issue regular performance reports to support operational decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant retail management experience.
