About the role
The Retail Supervisor will lead the SKIMS department in Dubai, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This role involves managing the team, overseeing merchandising, and maintaining stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coach the sales team to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Analyse daily sales data to maximize performance.
- Resolve customer complaints personally or escalate to the Store Manager.
- Maintain grooming, presentation, and professional conduct standards.
- Motivate team members and recognize achievements.
- Induct and train new starters in collaboration with the Store Manager and training department.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and address stock loss.
- Ensure commercial and visual merchandising follows brand guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Comply with company policies, including refunds, security, health, and safety.
Required profile
- High school qualification.
- 4–5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
