Retail Supervisor

About the role

Sephora is looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead the client experience, drive sales, and support store operations in Dubai. You will act as a role model, motivate the team, and ensure the highest standards of service and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Sephora’s attitude and digital tools to enhance client experience while building strong relationships.
• Support the floor manager and store manager in daily operations, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Drive cross‑category sales, promote complementary services, and achieve commercial KPIs.
• Analyze business KPIs, prepare reports, and propose action plans for improvement.
• Motivate and develop the team through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Maintain cash management processes, audit compliance, and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team management, store operations and retail services.
• Advanced English communication skills; Arabic mandatory for KSA and a plus for other regions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Axonify e‑learning platform.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer and sales data.
