Retail Trainer & Coach – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Regional Retail Trainer & Coach supports Cartier’s boutique teams across the MEIAT region by developing their capabilities, confidence and performance. Through targeted learning experiences and coaching programmes, the role ensures consistent delivery of the brand’s client experience and selling philosophy while contributing to commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with boutique management and the Head of Retail Learning & Transformation to conduct learning needs analysis and design development plans.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and HR to align regional learning priorities with business objectives.
• Deliver onboarding programmes for new joiners and conduct follow‑up sessions to ensure learning application.
• Facilitate in‑person, virtual and in‑boutique training sessions, including sales floor coaching, role‑plays and skill‑building activities.
• Observe client interactions, provide coaching to strengthen selling skills and client development capabilities.
• Monitor learning participation, effectiveness and performance indicators, and report on outcomes.
• Maintain learning platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all learning activities.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in retail training, coaching or learning & development, preferably within luxury retail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with boutique management, commercial, HR and other stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess learning needs and measure impact.
