Retention Team Leader – Forex (UK Desk)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retention Team Leader to head the UK/English Desk of a fast‑growing Forex trading firm in Dubai. You will drive client retention, deposit generation and revenue growth while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the UK/English Desk retention team.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet retention, deposit and revenue targets.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Design and execute client retention initiatives and re‑activation campaigns.
• Handle complex client objections and support the team on challenging cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in the Forex trading industry.
• At least 2 years experience leading or supervising a retention team, preferably on a UK desk.
• Proven track record in client retention, deposit generation and revenue optimisation.
• Strong analytical ability and experience with KPI monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
