About the role
The Revenue Analyst supports the Corporate Revenue Management team in maximising revenue and profitability across the Rixos Hotels portfolio. Based in Dubai, the role provides accurate reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, reviewing booking trends and demand patterns.
- Analyse competitor pricing and market trends to recommend room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation.
- Monitor channel mix, commissions and acquisition costs to ensure profitable distribution decisions.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and understanding of GAS markets.
- Ability to build lasting commercial partnerships and proficiency in German language.
