Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Analyst will support Rixos Hotels' Corporate Revenue Management team from Dubai, providing accurate reporting, forecasting, and market analysis to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel portfolio. You will work closely with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to identify commercial opportunities and ensure consistent revenue management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace and market share.
• Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior year, highlighting variances, risks and opportunities across hotels, segments and distribution channels.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, reviewing booking trends and demand patterns.
• Analyse competitor pricing and demand to recommend room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation, and evaluate group enquiries and promotional offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and destination events to assess hotel positioning and improve performance.
• Validate data from property management and revenue systems, identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
