Revenue Coordinator

About the role

The Revenue Coordinator supports the Revenue Management and Reservations teams at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. You will help optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while ensuring accurate reservation handling across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Revenue Manager in implementing optimisation strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Monitor daily pick‑up, booking pace, occupancy trends, competitor pricing and market demand.
• Load rates, manage inventory, update restrictions and maintain distribution channels in the PMS, CRS and RMS.
• Ensure rate parity and accurate room inventory across OTA, GDS, brand website and other channels.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly revenue and reservations reports.
• Support forecast, budget and business review preparation.
• Process individual, corporate, wholesale and group reservations, handling changes, cancellations and special requests.
• Maintain guest profiles, market segments and rate codes accurately in the Property Management System.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office and Events teams to optimise inventory and manage group blocks.
• Conduct regular audits of reservation and revenue systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience supporting revenue or reservations functions in a hotel environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across commercial departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS).
• Knowledge of Central Reservation System (CRS) and Revenue Management System (RMS).
• Familiarity with OTA and GDS distribution channels.
