Revenue Executive

About the role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, which operates more than 65 hotels across the region, is looking for a Revenue Executive in Dubai. The role is pivotal in optimising revenue and distribution strategies: using data analytics to improve distribution channels, inventory management and supply chain efficiency, by analysing metrics, spotting trends, producing reports and giving strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and market trends to optimise regional strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximise revenue through effective plans.
• Use data analytics tools to assess channel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and enhance existing distribution channels and partnerships, and explore new collaborations.
• Develop and present performance reports for strategic decisions.
• Act as a liaison between the regional office and the properties for streamlined distribution and revenue efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue and/or distribution in the hospitality industry.
• Growth and learning mindset, and willingness to be challenged.
