Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will support the Cluster Director of Revenue Management in planning, developing and executing the revenue performance cycle for Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, revenue and market share through data‑driven pricing and distribution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitor availability and pricing daily using tools such as OTA Insight, Rate Gain, EzRMS and analyze performance versus the competitive set.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts, reports and MIS for the hotel and Accor regional offices.
• Develop and propose pricing strategies, tactical offers and controls in coordination with the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
• Support sales and MICE teams with performance analysis and pricing proposals.
• Maintain system data accuracy in OPERA and ensure rate parity across distribution channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and booking patterns.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OTA Insight, Rate Gain, EzRMS, OPERA and TARs.
• Experience using revenue management systems and MIS reporting tools.
