RevOps Manager – AI Lab Project

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. As a RevOps Manager you will create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated outputs across core revenue‑operations workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic documents, and territory carve models.
• Conduct pipeline hygiene audits and build funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Create and fine‑tune deduplication rulesets and other revenue‑operations artifacts for AI training.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations.
• Proven ownership of field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong written communication.
