Rewards Program Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead its Wynn Rewards program. The role will oversee the loyalty desk, drive member growth and ensure a premium experience for guests at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Wynn Rewards desk, maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase program enrollment, usage and member retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, hotel, food & beverage and gaming teams to design compelling offers and experiences.
• Analyse performance metrics and guest feedback to continuously optimise benefits and engagement.
• Train, mentor and supervise the Wynn Rewards team to deliver luxury‑level service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards for loyalty programmes.
• Serve as primary liaison for guest inquiries, escalations and VIP member relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience managing loyalty programmes, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with guest engagement platforms.
