About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring each room is spotless, comfortable, and ready for a memorable stay. You will work in a dynamic 5‑star resort environment, contributing to the high standards of cleanliness and service that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to the resort’s standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are fully stocked.
• Respect guests’ privacy and handle their belongings with care.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Take initiative to add personalized touches that enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5‑star resort or hotel in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy work schedule.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
