Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the dynamic Housekeeping team at FIVE Hotels and Resorts as a Room Attendant. You will help deliver the signature FIVE‑Star experience to guests across our award‑winning luxury properties in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites and public areas following established standards.
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces and clean bathrooms to a FIVE‑Star presentation.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries and supplies, ensuring each room is fully stocked for new arrivals.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages or repairs to the maintenance team promptly.
• Adhere to FIVE’s grooming and dress‑code standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a luxury or pre‑opening hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Professionalism, integrity and respect for guest confidentiality.
