About the role

As a Room Attendant at DELANO Dubai, you will be an essential part of the team that delivers the brand’s signature luxury experience. You will ensure each guest room and corridor meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation, reflecting the elegance of the DELANO brand.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms to luxury standards, ensuring impeccable presentation.
• Arrange amenities, linens, and in‑room touches according to brand guidelines.
• Respect guest privacy while refreshing rooms and ensuring comfort.
• Prepare housekeeping trolleys and supplies for efficient room servicing.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with hotel and HACCP guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly for quick resolution.
• Handle linen, towels, and amenities responsibly, ensuring correct usage and replenishment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Complete assigned rooms within designated timeframes while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and overall room aesthetics.
• Discreet, respectful, and committed to delivering exceptional guest comfort.
• Physical stamina to handle a demanding, fast‑paced role.
• Team player who works well within a structured housekeeping team.
