Room Reservations Agent – Atlantis The Palm

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for guests calling to book their stay at Atlantis The Palm. The role requires a friendly telephone manner, a passion for hospitality and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take room reservations in line with hotel policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about the property.
• Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and assist with reservation reports and other administrative support.
• Reply promptly to all guest correspondence and maintain up‑to‑date reservation records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, front office, guest relations, club lounge or hotel reservations.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a patient, positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Computer literacy and fluency in English; additional fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (hotel property management system).
• General computer literacy.
