Rooms Division Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Rooms Division Manager leads the Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering teams at The Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring the highest standards of guest experience and operational efficiency. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the role balances guest satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering/Maintenance.
• Develop, implement and evaluate quality standards for guest rooms.
• Monitor room rates, specials and promotions and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate group arrivals, departures and special events.
• Prepare and analyse rooms division reports, including night audit data.
• Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention policies and crisis‑management procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs and maximise profitability.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, uniforms and equipment, addressing any malfunctions promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, marketing or hotel operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
