Sales Account Manager – Continuing Education

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Sales Account Manager for Continuing Education in Abu Dhabi. The role drives revenue in the professional development and vocational training sectors by finding opportunities in corporate training centers, government development programs and lifelong learning institutions to implement modern digital learning and infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and acquire new customers in the Continuing Education and Professional Development segments across the UAE, and build a strong sales pipeline in vocational institutes and corporate training departments.
• Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in professional training centers and lifelong learning institutions, and manage assigned accounts to secure renewals and expand the service footprint.
• Position the organization as a strategic partner by showing how technology improves learner experience and operational efficiency, and run tailored presentations and demonstrations.
• Work with solutions, delivery and marketing teams to deliver client engagements, and report regularly to the Executive Director of Sales on account status, market risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, with a background in Continuing Education, Corporate Training or EdTech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Driving license (UAE license) required for client meetings across the region.
