Sales Account Manager – Information Security Solutions

About the role

Tech Fortress is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to lead revenue growth in Dubai. The role focuses on selling information security and managed services solutions to enterprise clients while building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business leads in the cybersecurity and SaaS market.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and support teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong account‑management background, including renewals and upselling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
