Sales Administrator – Skoda

About the role

Ali & Sons is looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to support its Skoda automotive sales team in Dubai. You will act as the central hub for order processing, reporting, invoicing and stock management, ensuring smooth communication between the Brand Manager, Sales Team and other internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with principal and company requirements.
• Place and track all Skoda vehicle orders, incorporating bulletins and changes.
• Provide the Sales Team with accurate vehicle specifications and pricing.
• Verify and follow up on Skoda invoices and process internal sales invoices.
• Maintain internal stock boards and lists with up‑to‑date information.
• Coordinate vehicle checks at the port and arrange timely transfers to storage.
• Prepare weekly Skoda Principal reports and submit monthly support claims.
• Handle external reports related to extended warranties and provide administrative support to the Brand Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• General business operations experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Computer literate with confidence in reporting systems and standard applications.
