Sales and Service Officer

About the role

The Sales and Service Officer will coordinate the preparation, documentation, and movement of new and demo vehicles across Al Ghurair's automotive network. This role ensures that sales and service teams receive accurate updates and that all legal and company policies are adhered to throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the preparation of new vehicles using the dealer management system.
• Ensure all sales vehicle documentation is correctly completed, invoiced, and stored in the appropriate system locations.
• Coordinate vehicle booking for inspection, preparation, and display at sales or service locations, including body‑shop and valet areas.
• Liaise with sales and service teams to provide progress updates and confirm invoices.
• Guide the sales team on process compliance with AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
• Manage registration, de‑registration, and logistical arrangements for demonstrator and courtesy vehicles.
• Oversee driver and valet processes related to vehicle movement.

Required profile

• Experience in automotive administration or vehicle logistics.
• Familiarity with sales and service coordination within a dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
