Sales Assistant & Brand Promoter (Luxury Watches)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant and Brand Promoter to represent The Watch Scanner, a leading luxury pre‑owned watch retailer, at the iconic Nikki Beach Dubai. The role combines client‑facing engagement with brand activation in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Nikki Beach guests, introducing them to The Watch Scanner’s collection of luxury watches.
• Promote the brand and increase awareness through activations and personal interactions.
• Convert guest interactions into qualified sales leads and support the sales team throughout the client journey.
• Communicate with clients as needed to facilitate the sales process.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative and organisational tasks.
• Provide a mix of behind‑the‑scenes support and direct client engagement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality or luxury retail (preferred).
• Eager to learn, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and fluency in at least one additional European language (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian).
• Polished, confident and comfortable engaging with high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Knowledge of watches or watch brands is a plus but not required.
