Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior Sales Assistant to introduce Prypco Advance to real estate agencies and brokers across Dubai. You will onboard partners onto our platform, keep them engaged, and support daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to agencies and brokers via calls, visits and emails to present Prypco Advance and its 72‑hour commission payout model.
• Book and attend meetings with principals and brokers, pitch the platform, answer questions and address concerns.
• Follow up consistently until prospects are onboarded and actively using the platform, meeting monthly sign‑up targets.
• Maintain regular contact with onboarded partners, act as first point of contact for queries and re‑engage inactive accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings and account status using spreadsheets or tracking tools.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, report weekly on pipeline progress and coordinate hand‑offs to other Prypco services.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, client‑facing or operations role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with new contacts.
• Motivated to achieve targets and eager to learn the product.
• Exposure to Dubai’s real‑estate market is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
