Sales Assistant - Sandro Retail

About the role

Al-Futtaim, a regional business group active in automotive, financial services, real estate, retail and health, is hiring a Sales Assistant for its Sandro store. The main focus is generating sales and creating a positive customer environment, with a variety of operational tasks assigned by store management. The Sales Assistant is a key part of the customer service team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and is encouraged to return.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales by greeting customers warmly as they enter, giving product information and providing excellent service.
• Create a positive first impression through an energetic demeanor and adherence to the dress code.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
• Manage transactions efficiently at the cash wrap and capture customer information in the database.
• Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return to build loyalty.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness, carrying out housekeeping duties assigned by store management.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandise display, inventory counts and merchandise management.

Required profile

• High school degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least eight hours.
