Sales Assistant (Style Maker) - Luxury Fashion

About the role

Golden Goose is looking for a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) in its Abu Dhabi store at The Grove. The role introduces clients to the brand's heritage and values, builds a complete and personalised look for each customer and drives client satisfaction through a strong brand story, excellent service and lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers express their personality through their ideal looks, supporting the store's business objectives and success
• Engage in the sales process with detailed product knowledge, recommend additional items and use up-selling and cross-selling
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships using omnichannel approaches, digital tools and personalised offers
• Maintain store presentation, visual displays and product standards in line with the brand image
• Assist with opening and closing, inventory management and compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards
• Use digital tools such as the Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth

Required profile

• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow industry trends and understand the local online and offline market
• Flexibility, teamwork and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
