Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand and drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a compelling retail environment. You will engage shoppers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to the right products and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card, voucher and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and knowledgeable about the brand’s product range.
• Strong customer‑service attitude following the GUEST selling methodology.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail to minimise stock loss and maintain confidentiality of sales data.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
• Basic inventory recording and reporting.
