Business Development Intern

About the role

Join Rally Sports, a UAE-based sports community marketplace, as a Business Development Intern. You will manage organiser relationships from first contact through long‑term partnership and help grow the Rally brand both on the ground and online.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to sports organisers and community leads across the UAE.
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, follow‑ups and closing.
• Onboard new organisers onto the platform and get them live.
• Maintain organiser relationships to keep them active, happy and growing.
• Manage and grow Rally’s social media channels.
• Represent Rally at games and events, create content and build relationships.

Required profile

• Passion for sport, especially community and recreational sport.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to help grow a business.
• Strong outreach skills and comfort with cold calls, DMs and face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clear, confident communication in writing and in person.
• Interest in onboarding users and turning leads into active customers.
• Good feel for social media and content creation.
• Self‑starter energy and comfort working in a fast‑moving startup.
