Sales Associate - Leather Goods & Perfumes

About the role

Mywalit, an Italian leather goods and fragrance brand represented in the UAE by exotiColors By MAYSARi, is hiring a full-time in-store Sales Associate for its store in Abu Dhabi. The role covers presenting premium wallets, bags, accessories and perfumes, understanding each customer's style and closing the sale. Working hours are full-time retail shifts (mall hours), including weekends on rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Explain the craftsmanship, features and benefits of leather products, wallets and perfumes.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Explain product care, usage and after-sales services.
• Promote new arrivals, collections and seasonal offers.
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.

Required profile

• Currently based in the UAE; only UAE-based candidates will be considered.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, accessories or fragrance retail.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling and upselling.
• Confident English communicator with excellent presentation skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers and comfort working towards monthly sales targets.
• High school diploma or higher.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
