About the role
As an ALAÏA Ambassador you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional, unique client experience in our boutique, aligning with the brand’s commercial strategy. You will represent the ALAÏA image and values at all times while contributing to store targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and reach monthly store targets with the team.
- Increase average basket size (UPT, VPT) through cross‑selling and deep product knowledge of ready‑to‑wear and accessories.
- Provide client service excellence, welcome clients in‑store, by phone and email, and develop the client book.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising, cleanliness, and security standards.
- Participate in team meetings, events, inventory counts and daily operations.
Required profile
- First professional experience in luxury retail.
- Strong client‑centric attitude with high standards of client treatment.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking ability and flexibility.
- Confident, committed, passionate, and able to communicate with elegance and discretion.
