Sales Associate – Watersports & Scuba Diving

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to promote and sell watersports and scuba diving experiences to guests of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Ajman. The role involves engaging with guests both inside the hotel and at the beach, converting inquiries into bookings and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell watersports activities and scuba diving experiences to hotel guests.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with hotel and watersports operations teams.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Represent the company and hotel professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, watersports or diving.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, target‑oriented personality with a professional appearance.
• Comfortable working both inside the hotel and on the beach.
