Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are launching a premium scent and fragrance business in the UAE and need an energetic B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to lead market expansion. You will target hotels, corporate offices, government entities, retail and facility‑management partners, delivering tailored fragrance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales across the UAE, building a strong pipeline in hospitality, corporate, government and retail sectors.
• Identify, approach and develop new accounts, conducting site visits, product demos and assessments.
• Present customized scenting solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Generate recurring revenue through fragrance refills, servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Establish strategic relationships with facility‑management companies, hospitality suppliers and channel partners.
• Maintain sales activities and pipeline in a CRM system and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of UAE B2B sales experience, preferably in aroma diffusers, scenting systems or related air‑freshening products.
• Existing network within hotels, hospitality groups, facility‑management firms, corporate or institutional buyers.
• Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and closing B2B deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly proactive, target‑oriented and comfortable with frequent field visits.
• UAE driving licence preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.

• CRM usage for pipeline management.
