Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are launching a premium scent and fragrance business in the UAE and seek a dynamic B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across hotels, corporate offices, government entities and retail spaces. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts, presenting tailored fragrance solutions, and building long‑term relationships with procurement and facilities teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales and business development across the UAE.
• Identify and develop new hotel, corporate, government and institutional accounts.
• Build relationships with procurement, facilities, engineering, housekeeping, operations and senior management.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and site assessments.
• Present scenting and fragrance solutions based on customer requirements.
• Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Develop recurring revenue through fragrance refills, servicing and maintenance.
• Build strategic relationships with FM companies, hospitality suppliers and channel partners.
• Manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of UAE B2B sales experience.
• Direct experience selling aroma diffusers, scenting systems, fragrance solutions or related products.
• Existing UAE network within hotels, hospitality, FM, corporate or institutional sectors.
• Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and closing B2B deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly proactive, target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable with field sales and frequent client visits.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
