Sales Consultant – Accounting & Tax Services

About the role

The client, an established accounting, auditing and tax consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a Sales Consultant to generate new business and promote accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, VAT and Corporate Tax services across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, VAT and Corporate Tax services.
• Generate sales leads independently through cold calling, networking, referrals, door‑to‑door prospecting and field visits.
• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to achieve a minimum monthly sales revenue of AED 20,000.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and coordinate with service teams for smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the UAE, preferably within an accounting, auditing or tax consultancy.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets in the accounting and audit services sector.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Strong experience in cold calling, field sales and direct client visits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
