Sales Coordinator – Electric Mobility

About the role

As a Sales Coordinator for BYD within Al Futtaim Automotive, you will be the operational hub that links the showroom, workshop, registration, and delivery teams. Your focus will be on ensuring every vehicle reaches the customer on time, fully prepared, and with flawless documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, confirming that each car meets the customer’s specifications.
• Liaise with workshops, drivers, registration teams, insurers and other stakeholders to streamline hand‑overs.
• Process all required documentation – registration, insurance, invoicing, VCCs, gate passes and sales paperwork – with absolute accuracy.
• Monitor vehicle preparation activities such as cleaning, servicing and accessory fitment before delivery.
• Provide up‑to‑date stock availability through physical checks and system inventory queries.
• Prepare demo vehicles for test drives, ensuring they are clean, fueled and ready.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Oversee showroom vehicle displays to meet BYD and Al Futtaim standards.
