Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers at Four Seasons Dubai, handling administrative tasks, client communications, and sales reporting to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming client and hotel requests, acting as primary contact when Sales Managers are unavailable.
• Respond to telephone calls and emails in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare correspondence, contracts, reports, and emails using MS Word, Excel, Golden Sales & Catering, and Outlook.
• Maintain Golden Sales & Catering accounts, update bookings, and ensure system accuracy.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports such as forecasts, sales reports, function room occupancy, and account lists.
• Enforce corporate standards in Salesforce, ensuring consistent account input and correct booking information.
• Run month‑end reports and complete tracking spreadsheets.
• Distribute incoming inquiries to appropriate recipients and manage sales‑related projects like holiday gifts.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment and handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive, customer‑service oriented, and capable of collaborating with managers and co‑workers.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Opera, Golden Sales & Catering, and Delphi.
• Strong internet research capabilities.
