Sales Coordinator

About the role

A multinational company, working through its client, is looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Dubai. The role covers customer inquiries, quotations, orders, shipments and payment follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and give prompt, professional responses.
• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders and enter them into the system.
• Coordinate with the factory on quotations, orders and operational matters.
• Prepare export documentation and arrange shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Support payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and liaise with customers, vendors, logistics providers and internal departments.
• Support aftermarket service activities for customers in the Middle East, India and Africa.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to support quotation preparation, order processing, shipment coordination and payment follow-up.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of payment terms and delivery terms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general PC operations.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
