Sales Development Executive (B2B) - Accounting & Tax Consultancy

About the role

Alliance Prime Accounting and Tax Consultancy is a professional services firm offering profitable, compliant accounting and taxation solutions. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Development Executive in Dubai to drive business growth for its accounting and tax consultancy services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads and build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Present service offerings tailored to client needs, prepare proposals and negotiate terms
• Closing sales in collaboration with technical and advisory teams so services are accurately represented
• Monitor market trends and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts or willingness to learn quickly, with interest in regulatory and compliance-focused services

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain complex service offerings clearly to clients
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a structured sales pipeline with CRM or similar tools

What we offer

• Monthly salary of AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 plus commission
