Sales Director – Real Estate Investment Platform

About the role

Nexis is seeking a Sales Director to scale its real‑estate investment platform. You will bring portfolio managers onto the platform, launch their vehicles and continuously improve the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales to portfolio managers, from boutique firms to large investment groups, handling prospecting, qualification and closing.
• Own the full customer journey – from first meeting through contract signing, launch, and post‑launch account management.
• Develop and automate the sales and onboarding engine, defining target segments, pricing, CRM workflows and scaling processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and compliance to create pitch materials, demos and compliant messaging.
• Build and later lead a sales team, establishing incentives that reward account quality and compliant selling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with real‑estate investment firms, asset managers, family offices or developers.
• Proven track record of building a commercial function from scratch and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong network of portfolio managers in Spain, Portugal or Latin America (GCC a plus).
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English; Arabic or Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time in Dubai.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of platform or recurring‑revenue SaaS sales.
• Understanding of real‑estate vehicle structures (SPVs, GP/LP, capital calls, waterfalls).
