Secondary Team Leader - Real Estate

About the role

A secondary team leader is sought to build, coach and grow a team of agents, set the standard for how the team works and help agents close more deals. The role is hands-on leadership focused on getting results through people, and includes taking an active part in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of secondary sales and leasing agents
• Coach agents on lead conversion, negotiation, listings and client relationships
• Allocate and follow up warm third-party leads so none are wasted
• Track team pipelines, targets and performance, and step in where needed
• Offer agents flexibility or a more structured plan depending on what suits each person
• Support onboarding of new agents
• Stay close to the market, especially luxury areas such as Marina, Palm and villa communities
• Continue closing your own deals

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' Dubai real estate experience
• Strong personal track record in sales transactions
• Ability to bring at least 2 agents with you

Required skills

• Strong organisation, able to manage pipelines and follow-ups across a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
