Sales Engineer – ELV Systems & Electrical Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Engineer with proven experience in ELV systems and electrical solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants and end users in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants and end users.
• Generate new business opportunities, identify potential projects and follow up regularly on enquiries.
• Promote and sell ELV and electrical solutions such as Lighting Control Systems, Building Management Systems, Guest Room Management Systems, Home Automation Systems, UPS and EV Chargers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, project opportunities and customer requirements to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with management for commercial and technical support whenever required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in ELV systems or electrical solutions, preferably in the UAE market.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Lighting Control Systems (LCS).
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS).
• Knowledge of Home Automation Systems.
• Knowledge of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
• Knowledge of EV Chargers.
