Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to spearhead our market entry and growth in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will combine deep industrial product knowledge with a proven ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, driving revenue for our electric motor and power‑transmission portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement go‑to‑market plans for the UAE, targeting OEMs and dealers.
• Identify and segment customers, applying value‑based selling and pricing strategies.
• Lead field sales activities, building trusted relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, import‑export and delivery processes in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in market entry, business development and sales within the UAE or broader Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of industrial products, preferably electric motors, power transmission, HVAC, pumps or compressors.
• Proficiency in OEM and dealer‑oriented sales processes and customer segmentation.
• Advanced English (C1) and Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Valid UAE Class B driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC.
