Sales Engineer – Pumps (HVAC / MEP)

About the role

An HVAC / MEP contracting client in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive pump sales across the UAE. The role covers identifying new business, building client relationships and offering technically sound pump solutions, with a salary of AED 8,000 - 10,000.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales of pump products and solutions across assigned territories and customer accounts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pump products and technical solutions based on project specifications.
• Identify new project opportunities through market research, consultant and contractor networks and business development.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end users to secure repeat business.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with internal teams and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and project execution, and ensure project documents such as manuals, warranty letters and technical data are issued on time.
• Pass project specifications to the Service Team before Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions and project status while meeting sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in pumps, HVAC, MEP or related engineering.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, developers and end users in the UAE or GCC.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
