Sales & Events Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Sales & Events Manager for Food & Beverage will lead revenue generation for Jumeirah’s signature restaurants, focusing on private dining, group bookings and curated dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and events activity for the property’s signature restaurants, generating revenue through private dining, group bookings and curated experiences.
• Develop and execute sales plans to attract corporate, social and lifestyle clients across key trading periods and special occasions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, translating their needs into tailored dining experiences.
• Identify and convert new opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline of restaurant event and private dining business.
• Manage proposals, negotiations and confirmations to ensure commercially viable bookings aligned with Jumeirah service standards.
• Coordinate with Restaurant GMs, Operations, Marketing and PR teams to deliver seamless event‑led business and enhance restaurant visibility.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in sales, events or hospitality commercial roles, preferably within luxury hotels, restaurants or premium lifestyle environments.
• Proven track record of generating revenue through private dining, group bookings or event‑led business.
• Strong pipeline management, negotiation and conversion skills.
